Amber Hudson-Fauls
Owner, Senior Proposal Expert
Mrs. Hudson-Fauls is a Journalism graduate of Penn State University and an experienced proposal professional. She holds a Top Secret Security Clearance from the DoD and has extensive knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations for Government contracts. She has varied industry and agency exposure, formal Shipley proposal training, and is Practitioner Certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). Amber has served as President and Hospitality Chair of the APMP Tidewater Chapter and also received recognition as one of APMP's Top 40 Under 40.
Laura Smith
Proposal Coordinator, Graphic Designer
Mrs. Smith holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Full Sail University and a Micro Certification in Proposal Graphics from APMP. Laura brings nearly 10 years of experience supporting company branding designs, proposal info graphics, website layout, and has a background in photography. She has recently started her journey as a proposal coordinator learning the basis of Shipley procedure and the APMP's Body of Knowledge.
Haley Thyng
Proposal Manager
Ms. Thyng is a Shipley trained Proposal professional working on a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a detail-oriented specialist focused on compliance and meeting deadlines. Over the past four years, Haley has been mentored and trained by several seasoned proposal experts, including HFC Owner, Amber Hudson-Fauls. Her industry experience has centered around DoD and FAA efforts in aviation, training, and advisory and assistance services.
Christopher Brooks
Business Development/Capture Manager
Mr. Brooks is a Special Operations Veteran who has transitioned into an accomplished Business Development and Capture Manager with a deep understanding of Shipley's approach to opportunity management. Chris has expertise in qualifying business opportunities, developing win strategies, and providing competitive assessments. He specializes in identifying key customer discriminators and action plans that encompass customer contact strategies and research. As a Salesforce Administrator, Chris is also an expert at integrating, customizing, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM to provide the greatest return on investment.
